Escaping to the desert is always my favorite. It is quiet, serene & of course, HOT! It is the best and closest escape from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and I am so happy it is just a hop, skip & jump away. Keep reading below to find out what I did while in Palm Springs for the weekend.
I have never been to Cabo before and I finally got to go at the beginning of this month and it was seriously such a great time. It was a family vacation without the oldest and youngest siblings so me and my sister called it the middle child vacation hehe – below I am talking about what I did while in Mexico, where I stayed, and where I ate! Be sure to check it out XO Haley
Once a year I go to Las Vegas and each time it is always different but ALWAYS so much fun! I went with my sisters ~duh~ and one of my sisters friends and it was such a great time. My sisters and I drove to Vegas and on the way there we stopped at the Seven Magic Mountains just like we did last year! It was cool to go there again and get fresh pics! Keep reading below to hear all about the two extremely fun and wild shows we saw while we were weekending away in LA’s second home!
Ahhh I went to Hawaii twice in one year! Someone pinch me I am feeling SO lucky! In December and January if you remember we went to Kauai,Hawaii and had an amazing time. This September we decided to venture to Maui, Hawaii and it did NOT disappoint! We stayed at the Fairmont Kei Lani in the Villas they have which were really nice! There was about a 1.5 mile walkway along the water which was beautiful and perfect for morning workouts! Below I will show you a bunch of pictures of our trip and then give you the details about the activities we did, where we ate and what I wore! Be sure to keep reading xoxo
Desert X is a site-specific, contemporary art exhibition that was built in Coachella Valley from Feb 25th – April 30th. The exhibits are meant to bring alive the desert in the form of art which I think is just the coolest thing ever! My sisters and I were able to go to 3 of the many art installations. We went to Mirage, Circle of Land and Sky, & Curves and Zigzags. Keep reading to see the art installations and what I wore at them!
I conquered Coachella weekend 1 and I am here to give you tips and tricks for your time at Coachella. This was my first time at Coachella or a music festival in general so I was a little nervous, not going to lie. But, of course, the weekend was so much fun! My sisters and I got to go for free because my sisters company does work for Juice Served Here so we worked 2 quick 4 hour shifts and then could do whatever we wanted during the festival. We also, had free stay because we stayed at my Mom’s friends place in Palm Desert which was about 25 mins from Coachella. The house was so cute like a desert Barbie dream home, I loved it. On the way down to Coachella we stopped at the Cabazon Dinosaurs so they could photobomb some pics of us ~hehe~ and of course we had to stop at Hadley’s to get their famous banana date shake ~just try it, promise it won’t disappoint~ Pack lots of snacks for the drive! We left crazy early at 5am because we DID NOT want it to take us 6 hours to get to Palm Springs so I suggest you do the same or the traffic is serious hell.
On the way to Coachella we went a little bit out of our way to stop at the poppy’s at Walker Canyon in Lake Elsinore. This was such a beautiful pit stop even though we may have been a little late to see the poppy’s ~we will try again next year~ The mountains were still extremely beautiful. I wore a fun ombre maxi dress with tie tassels! Keep reading to get outfit details below 🙂
Last week I flew to Arizona to meet up with my best friend from college and it was SUCH a fun time! I was born in Arizona ~fun fact~ and I haven’t been back since I was probably 7 or 8. All I can say is that I am glad I lived there when I was so little and the heat did not affect me much. The great thing about Arizona heat however is that it is a dry heat which is the best kind because that means no frizzy hair ~thank godddd~ My friend and I explored both Phoenix and Scottsdale which are about 20 minutes apart.
Crazy enough I had never been to Laguna Beach before! I absolutely loved it there. It has such a small town home vibe to it. I just did a day trip here but no doubt I wouldn’t mind living here. Keep reading to find out where I ate, what I wore, and what beach I went to.
Just got back from the most glorious family vacation. It was seriously the best time ever and what made it especially nice is that we all, for the most part, got along so well. My parents absolutely love Hawaii so them getting to share that with us was really special. This was my first time in Hawaii as well as all of my siblings first times there. Let me tell you, everyday that I am home I think about it and wish I was back there now. I am ready to plan a trip back as fast as you can say Hawaii.
