Unfortunately, it is rare when I am off on Sunday. However, when I am off on a Sunday I love to go to the farmer’s market! This Sunday I went to the Melrose Place Farmers Market and it was really nice! There were lots of fresh fruit and vegetable stands to explore, flower stands and cute little shops that had clothes! Keep reading below to see what I wore!
If you all don’t know about the brand called The Great then I am here to introduce you to it and have you completely obsessed with it! The Great is by the same girls who started Current Elliot. So, if you love Current Elliot then you will love The Great. The vibes of the brands are very similar. Very soft t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, summer dresses, and rad army jackets. I paired my The Great shirt with some Good American denim which I will rave about below! Keep reading to get all of my outfit details!
Vertical stripes are a huge fashion trend and one that I am completely in line with 😉 I have wanted these striped jeans I am wearing for a while but waited just long enough (for once, I’m very impatient!) for them to go on sale.
Huntington Beach is definitely somewhere I would consider home. The smell of the beach, family memories, and endless days in the sun are what I think of whenever I think of HB. Deciding to have a photoshoot here was a no brainer. While I look a bit fancy for the beach the skirt I am wearing was flowing so nicely with the beachy wind.
Spring is just around the corner and I just found the best Trina Turk dress from Nordstrom Rack that is absolutely perfect for this spring season. The dress that I am wearing in these photo’s is a drop-waist dress and to be honest I was not sure how it would look on me. Sometimes I think drop-waistes can make people look weird but I decided to try it and I fell in love with it! It is so fun and stylish to wear. I also have the best prop ever with me for this photoshoot, a GIANT H balloon!
Today my sister and I went to the Arts District to see all of the amazing street art that is covering the streets from head to toe! It was so neat to see all of the art and to explore another part of downtown Los Angeles. Of course while going to the Arts District I thought it would be a perfect opportunity for backdrops for one of my blog posts! This post is all about patterns, patterns, and MORE patterns!! I love mixing and matching patterns, keeps my style funky fresh!
